INSTRUCTIONS: Excellent for outdoor or indoor growing. Plant seeds 1/4" deep & 2-3 seeds per inch. Moist soil. Requires some light for germination in moderately rich moist soil. Begin light harvesting after plants have become established. It is best done in the early morning when the temperature is cooler and the leaves are less likely to wilt. Do not pick basil leaves individually to harvest. Harvest by cutting the plant above the node (where 2 new branches will emerge from the main stem). This will promote a larger and continuous supply. Harvest before the plant starts to flower. Place cut stems in a glass of water at room temperature, or store in a sealed bag in the fridge.
